I enjoyed making the previous HSQ quilt so much, I decided to make another one. This time it was for my friend’s son’s little boy. I used the same teal sheet from my first quilt, and mixed in some green fabric. I found the white fabric fat quarters from Joann’s. They had white-on-white design to give it an interesting texture. Once again, I got busy cutting out my HSQ’s
Then, I had to lay them all out to make sure I had the pattern in the right order.
I created in interesting back for the quilt. I love adding a little pop of orange whenever possible. After washing it, it had the perfect crinkled texture I love, and not to mention, it helps hide any imperfections! 🙂
